Steelhead and salmon fishing as well as bird hunting and a preview of a brand new boat company are all coming at you this week on America Outdoors Radio!
Host John Kruse will be talking to Tony Peterson, the owner of Fish On Boats, manufacturers of new fishing boats for the U.S. with a European inspired design. We'll also talk salmon and steelhead fishing, giving you a far northwest forecast for pink salmon runs this summer and the chance to fish for salmon and halibut in the early spring out of Seward, Alaska. Randy Wells isn't the only person talking about steelhead. Randy Lato with All Ways Fishing Charters will tell you about the big, wild steelhead you can catch on Washington's Olympic Peninsula right now and we'll also check in to see who is on the leaderboard for the biggest fish in Northern California with Humboldt Steelhead Days.
Turning our attention to other outdoors pursuits, John Sibert with TLC Adventures is offering waterfowl hunts in Alberta and California, along with some cast and blast opportunities for trout and upland birds. We'll also share the latest about outdoor retailer Gander Mountain's bankruptcy and some of the 32 stores closing in the coming weeks throughout the Southern and Midwestern United States .http://www.americaoutdoorsradio.com/
