Should Washington guides be required to keep logbooks?

Doug St. Denis, the President of the Northwest Guides and Anglers Association (Washington Chapter) talks to host John Kruse about the organization and whether or not the Washington Dept. of Fish and Wildlife's idea of requiring guides to keep logbooks and report their catches is a good idea.   It turns out this issue is not as simple as it seems at first glance.  Air Date - April 13, 2019
